Good afternoon, Satélite Familiar team. I just wanted to say that I am very satisfied with the services that care aides Rosane and Edna and Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse Nuno Magalhães have provided me. They are all professionals who help me a great deal; I have been feeling better, and they also answer my questions and give me clear, simple information so I can recover in the best way. They show great professionalism, they give me confidence and they care about me. I am grateful for all the care they have shown me.
Without forgetting the professional and human quality, the warmth and the attention that all your professionals have shown in caring for my sister Maria do Carmo Alvim, in the physiotherapy/rehabilitation work they have provided her — which I consider excellent — I wish to highlight the same professionalism, dedication, availability and kindness shown by Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse Sérgio, who, after my sister's bypass implant, made himself available to change the surgical dressing during the usual physiotherapy/rehabilitation session. Equally deserving of the same praise, I want to mention the work of your staff who, at my request, travelled to the home of another relative of mine, José Berger, and who have likewise been outstanding in professionalism, kindness and attention in the service they provide. I therefore wish to record, praise and congratulate you on the human and professional quality of your staff, thanking you for all the attention given to these relatives of mine, certain that I will not hesitate to spread the name of your Organisation as one deserving the greatest credibility and integrity in providing a service that I recognise is difficult to deliver. Good afternoon, I want to thank the company Satélite Familiar for the home nursing service they provided me after surgery, twice a week throughout last May. My thanks for the quality work of the Nursing team and very especially to Nurse Margarida, who accompanied me for a month. Should I need it again, this will be my choice, and I recommend these healthcare services to anyone who needs them.
The experience I had with Satélite Familiar was very good! The need was small, but the speed with which the help was provided was exemplary and remarkable. I often say that nobody needs this care, but those who do find, without a doubt, more than professionals… they find family!!
