The clinical and administrative data in our systems is the property of the client. SATÉLITE FAMILIAR only stores this data securely and in an organised manner for the following purposes:

  1. Provision of clinical services in accordance with the services available at the company and contracted by the client
  2. Making information available to other healthcare professionals outside SATÉLITE FAMILIAR, for the provision of healthcare and whenever expressly authorised by the client
  3. Alerts to clients in the scope of disease prevention
  4. Communication with clients about new services (administrative data only)

Client data will not be transmitted to others, nor used for purposes other than those for which authorisation was given.

The collection of personal and clinical data is always carried out by an authorised and qualified professional from SATÉLITE FAMILIAR. We do not use any source of information collection other than the client themselves.

By providing their contact details, SATÉLITE FAMILIAR may contact the client directly for marketing purposes related to its products and services, provided that the client has expressly consented.

The client may, at any time, refuse the sending of information by SATÉLITE FAMILIAR by following the process defined in this document.
